Affect the accuracy of injection molds during processing
2024/06/03
1. Dimensional accuracy.
Refers to the consistency and degree of the actual working size of the processed part and the dimensional tolerance of the part. Dimensional accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerances. Dimensional tolerance is the allowable variation in part size during cutting. When the basic dimensions are the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.
Second, the shape accuracy.
Refers to the degree of overlap between the actual geometry of the surface of the machined part and the ideal geometry. There are 6 items for evaluating shape accuracy, such as straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity and line profile. Shape accuracy is controlled by shape tolerance. With the exception of roundness and cylindricity, all form tolerances are divided into 12 accuracy classes. Level 1 is high, level 12 is low.
Third, the position accuracy.
Refers to the actual working position and precision difference of the parts after processing. Items for evaluating the accuracy of the position information include parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, coaxiality, symmetry, position, circular runout, and full runout. The positional positioning accuracy is controlled by the positional tolerance, and the positional tolerance for different activity purposes is divided into 12 accuracy evaluation levels.
